Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Updates include:

1. We’ll drive the project – we’ll handle scheduling, host the online meetings, update the risk data and generate project reports.
2. We’ll set up a Microsoft Teams secure site so stakeholders can track the project, collaborate with team members, and share documents.
3. Frictionless means we will keep the intrusion to an absolute minimum. Most BIA meetings are completed in under 30 minutes. We are banking and risk experts and we can conduct a thorough, detailed BIA by asking a minimum set of questions.
4. BNP will work with Department Managers or their designee to:
               a. Identify Business Functions
               b. Set Critical Levels and Recovery Time Frames
               c. Assess interruption impacts
               d. Identify interdependencies:
                           i. On-premises business systems.
                           ii. Cloud-based SaaS and web sites.
                           iii. External technical and professional services.
5. Identify preferred contingency strategies – manual workarounds and procedures.
6. Update IT Asset inventories and associated service providers.
7. Generate associated documentation and reports, including a board-ready executive summary.
